Usually pretty good but I can't understand how their outside drawer can be broken for months st a time. This seems like a 1 hour job. Makes me feel like rite aid doesn't care about its customers, especially older, who want to use the drive through.Â

Prescriptions don't get filled after being dropped off. Say they'll call your doctor for refills but don't. Put you on hold when you call and never answer. Have to inform them when I've paid ahead of time because they never seem to notice at first. Always a very long line to pickup a prescription. Go anywhere else.Â
