This store rarely has medications in stock. When I called to check on a medications status, they told me to go somewhere else and that they weren’t going to help me get my prescription. I can’t recall a time I’ve been talked to by a customer service representative this way. She was rude and wouldn’t let me talk because she “already knew what I was going to say”. Just blown away by how disrespected I was. I will take my business elsewhere.
Such great service at this store, which is the main reason I will start to shop there more.
Store is dirty. Credit card machine froze up on checkout AFTER card was approved. Had to pay for my transaction twice, when I asked the employee for his name in case my credit card company charged me twice, he became very rude and would not give me his name. Then told me to have a nice day, and basically directed me to leave the store. Totally uncalled for and after shopping through dirty aisles and old merchandise, i won’t be shopping at this store again.
