The three out of five is basically because this one is going out of business, and there's little to almost nothing left on the shelves. This was never really my riteaid of choice, but I'm brand devoted to riteaid. I can tell you that even though this one is closing, the staff holds no animosity and is still 100% customer centric, very helpful, and friendly. If I could give zero stars I would. Tonight at the Halloween parade they had hand made signs put up saying no parking. Seeing as the roads were completely blocked off to all traffic it's not like parking there would have affected customers being able to park. This was a big slap in the face to Carlisle residents wanting to enjoy the parade with their family. I got a ticket for parking there. My normal pharmacy was out of a critical antibiotic needed when prescribed. They not only had it in stock but expedited the transfer services from the initial pharmacy. What made this 5 stars was not only the professionalism and courtesy of the employees but the arrangements were made from a central location in another town. All this coordination was done in about 20 minutes. Thank you !!

They do not notify you when a prescription can't be filled in a timely manner. They are argumentative with customers. They do not properly transfer prescriptions to other Rite Aids. It is either denied or the wrong prescription.
