No more Rite Aid , they’re closing down , been coming here since ‘09 , Overall great place it was , and for customer service pharmacy
Whoever answers the phone at this pharmacy is so rude. I sent my prescription here because it’s close to home but it was out of stock. 1. The prescription was approved on 1/16 but I guess Rite-Aid had to wait another business day to get an approval from my insurance? I called Rite-Aid just to be sure I had this information right. I know its subjective, but it was a very awkward pharmacy experience.
This is the worst place for customer service there is a short bald tatted employee with no name tag I’m a Hispanic person and he is racist towards me I’ve gone two times to this location and he’s is a discriminatory person to Hispanics he should be retrained never coming back to this place bad customer service
