Love this store, great staff and amazing service!!
When I first started using Rite Aid many years ago I found them to be so good with customer service. In the past year they have failed at their customer service! I can’t even say it’s due to new staff. It’s the same employees that have been there forever. I’ve been on hold for 20 minutes now waiting for someone to answer the phone. Can’t get medication refilled on time. Can’t get medication filled early but then they are several days behind in filling.. Takes days. No one will answer the pharmacy phone. Terrible service lately. Need more help.
The medication is never ready when promised, and we always have to make another trip. Even when we call ahead to confirm, we still end up waiting.
