Both the female pharmacist and the regional manager are terrible. I tried to pickup my significant others prescription early with Dr authorization and the manager flat out lied to me saying it was a NY state law so we were not legally allowed. We did not meet the criteria of what she had said so I pointed that out to her. She came up with one excuse after the other. Whoever the lady is that runs the pharmacy is not very pleasant. Not only that but there always seems to be an issue. I had a lapse in my insurance and when I was able to try things sorted out my medicine started being filled differently. When I asked what was going on I was told that my insurance doesn't cover medications anymore. Which is funny because Walgreens across the street has no problem filling it to the correct amounts.
