Again with closing the drive-thru and telling people to walk in . There's a reason that your pharmacy has a drive-thru .Â
I have transferred all my scripts to Walgreens because the Rite Aid pharmacy is so short staffed that it can take 1-2 days to get a prescription filled, even simple renewals. A few days ago the pharmacy aid was able to help with a renewal script that i had phoned in and was told it would be ready the next day but was not. The two times i was there before that, there was one pharmacist all alone handling the scripts, drive through and counter. I feel the staff do the best they can but there is not enough of them.Â
