Again with closing the drive-thru and telling people to walk in . There's a reason that your pharmacy has a drive-thru .
I have transferred all my scripts to Walgreens because the Rite Aid pharmacy is so short staffed that it can take 1-2 days to get a prescription filled, even simple renewals. A few days ago the pharmacy aid was able to help with a renewal script that i had phoned in and was told it would be ready the next day but was not. The two times i was there before that, there was one pharmacist all alone handling the scripts, drive through and counter. I feel the staff do the best they can but there is not enough of them.
This specific rite aid is unbelievable. My prescription doesn’t get filled unless I call and ask about it then you get an attitude from whoever answers the phone. When you go to pick it up you can expect to be treated like trash from the older lady with the blonde hair and glasses. She has ZERO customer service skills and should not be able to work with people. I will be switching pharmacies along with all the others who have the same complaint.
All the reviews about the rude staff are correct. I switched our prescriptions to the location because it was much closer, used it once, and will be transferring them back to Wegmans. Staff was rude/belitting to the person on front of me and then to me (in phone and in person), it was no mistake. With all these reviews, management should address this.
