Spoke with an Ashley on the phone was very rude and hung up on me. I was asking about a medication that I Was seeing if they had for my Dr to send over to them. I’ve been from pharmacy to pharmacy actually never let me explain my story and just immediately decided to hang up on me. Worst customer service ever.
They are always very helpful. Medication is ready on time.
The pharmacy was playing Master of Puppets by Metallica and I can't tell you how much I appreciate that. It's just different from any other quiet pharmacy I've ever visited. If it makes them happy and the day feels like it moves a little bit faster for them, then that's awesome. Always friendly and seem to enjoy their jobs.. maybe it's the music.
Rite aid in broadheadsville pa is a outstanding pharmacy. Great people, friendly service and all, but the drive thru speed is in need of work. I've been going there for years now. The drive thru is slow. The staff seem to be working hard when I'm in the line. Not sure what the issue is?. Staffing level perhaps, I don't know. It's still a great pharmacy just a slow drive thru. Faster to park and walk inside, my disability makes that a difficult choice some days.
Thank goodness their PHARMACY was open until 9pm on a Sunday!! We had to drive from Marshall's Creek to here....a dozen CVSs & a Walgreens yet NONE with a pharmacy open at 6pm on Sunday!! Shame on them! Thank you RITE AID. I likely would've had to spend hours in the ER if you weren't open for my antibiotics. Thank you again
