I Love Rite AidÂ
Every single time I come to this pharmacy there is some sort of issue. The pharmacy is absolutely awful.Â
Spoke with an Ashley on the phone was very rude and hung up on me. I was asking about a medication that I Was seeing if they had for my Dr to send over to them. I’ve been from pharmacy to pharmacy actually never let me explain my story and just immediately decided to hang up on me. Worst customer service ever.Â
They are always very helpful. Medication is ready on time.Â
The pharmacy was playing Master of Puppets by Metallica and I can't tell you how much I appreciate that. It's just different from any other quiet pharmacy I've ever visited. If it makes them happy and the day feels like it moves a little bit faster for them, then that's awesome. Always friendly and seem to enjoy their jobs.. maybe it's the music.Â
