They get very busy and I'm sure overwhelmed. But they still make sure that when your medication is needed, they go the extra mile to get it done.
Worst place ever always out of medication I would not call anything even if it was for my dog rude pharmacist been with them for years but done now and I see why they are closing the doors down
On more than one occasions, Rx closed early before their posted closing time of 5:00 on weekdays with no notice anywhere. Was stuck not being able to give my mother her medication on more than one occasion because the pharmacist decided he doesn’t want to do his job.
This is the most unfriendly, unprofessional and inefficient pharmacy in town. Called to update Goodrx info. Autumn lied and said they didn't have my script. I called my doctor back to confirm Rx was called in to Rite Aid. It was called in 4 hours prior. Called Rite Aid back. The pharmacist (Madeline) informed me that they are "too overwhelmed" to take 30 seconds to update Goodrx coupon to save customers money. I love all the nice employees at Rite Aid they're all so nice and ready to help you anytime you need them too!! Not to mention the Pharmacy staff are very helpful and willing to help if needed Definitely got a customer for life here ❤️💯❤️
