People in the Pharmacy are slow, and to busy talking about the customers waiting for their scripts, nevermind the girl I gave my script to. She had zero communication skills, didn't bother to double check my insurance information when I told her that it changed, and after an hour of waiting in the store I checked to see if it was ready, all she could say was it'll be a few more minutes and that was 2 hours ago with no answer. I'll take my business elsewhere next time.
What is going on here? The shelves are barren. You can’t find anything you need here. The only items stocked are holiday candies and makeup. The bathroom is beyond disgusting every single time I have to stop here unfortunately.
Only had one incident with the pharmacy here so far, it was able to be sorted out. The employees are always friendly to me.
Shawn the pharmacist at silver creek was an absolute delight. I called last night at 7:23 pm and the pharmacy closes at 8pm. He said I could pick up the medication tonight. My son actually works there and said if Shawn is on duty he will stay to fill orders on his own time. This man deserves a raise. 110 percent customer service and super kind.
