They jack up the prices on at least makeup here. This one is a bit further from another rite aid that's closer to me but at the time I went the closer one didn't have a certain thing I was looking for so I drove a bit further to stop at this rite aid. The loreal foundation power at the other rite aid was 16.99 but at this one they jacked the price to 19.99 and then would not price match, seems slimy to me.
The only thing holding this place together is the employee TYLER! He is the absolute best and treats everybody with respect rite aid would FAIL without him! 5 stars for Tyler 1 for rite aid in general!
I just tried to call the pharmacy 7 times with no answer. I wanted to know if my prescription was ready before I drove there. They are supposed to text me when it is ready, no text. Called corporate. They said they might be short-staffed. If so, they must have been short-staffed for the past 20 years because this has happened a number of times before. And they wonder why they have a 2.2 for their rating. They are the closest pharmacy to me but I am just going to have to drive further to get better service.
Impossible to get anyone on the phone and even harder to know if they have your prescription on hold by your doctor, I will need to switch pharmacies. This has been this way for years and clearly many others have the same problems.
