We are truly blessed to have a fantastic pharmacist at Gowanda Rite Aid. I have many health issues and PTSD, so I panic quite often about my health. Yesterday it happened again. I had a health concern and I panicked. My medication was tied to my concern so I called the Rite aid pharmacy. It was busy. Waiting for the Pharmacy to reopen after lunch and needed to use the rest room. There was no women’s rest room key so I used the male rest room. It was absolutely disgusting, the room is falling apart and hasn’t been cleaned. Nothing is refilled, looked like pee and poop on the floor. Every time I use the women’s rest room it’s not quite clean either.
