My little sister who is 4 years old has been extremely sick. so we took her to the hospital and the hospital sent the prescription to the Rite Aid in brooklawn. I called them at 8:20 Pm (Feb 18, 2025) they gave me an estimated time for pick up..20 minutes. By the time I got there it was after 9pm. The pharmacy closed which was my fault. I went here the other day for the first time and absolutely loved it the service was awesome and the young ladies who serviced me were polite and professional I changed over from wallgreens bellmawr who were absolutely a nightmare and the worst customer service I ever experienced in my life so ignore the bad reviews on here because these young ladies and the service was awesome and I am very happy that I decided to come here. Great job ladies and good luck with your careers.
I am a Union member with good insurance. Went to get a prescription filled for my daughter who is sick and was told by rite aid that my insurance wouldn't cover. They called the insurance company and they did a test run and everything cleared. Rite aid put it on hold then took it off re-ran and still nothing. It was on their end not my insurance. Never again already switched pharmacys. #RITEAIDMUSTGO #NORESPECTFPRTHEWORKINGCLASS
I only use the pharmacy, and I never have issues with this one. The associates are always polite and professional!
