It was OK, but so many missing items on the shelves. A lot of shelves were bare. Went in to buy deodorant for my mom and only found men's deodorant. So sad.Â
Had tons of trouble getting my medication lately because they only order enough for the refills I have available even though i pick up the same medication monthly, just because the medication is "too expensive" as if my insurance doesn't cover it every time. Keep having lapses in my medication and have to go through side effects over and over. They call an hour and a half before the pharmacy closes and now I'm going yet another weekend without my medication.Â
I've been a customer for over 10 years. I've never had an issue with DuBois Rite Aid. They go above and beyond, the pharmacy department has the best staff, they are always there to help with a smile. I would never go anywhere else. The employees in the front are also very pleasant. It's a great store and a fantastic addition to our town.Â
Empty shelves. Couldn't find what we needed. Dirtiest men's room toilet and floors in rown...... what is going on here??Â
