They are very professional much more so than DuBois rite aid that place is a joke
This Rite Aid location is always on top of their game and the associates are very helpful and friendly.
The pharmacist couldn’t help me with what I needed and I understood that. But she came off as very condescending and arrogant. Everyone else was very nice.
Doctor put a prescription in rite aid didn't have enough on hand so didn't fill prescription. Didn't call me that day and tell me. I go to pick it up and only find out when I get there. Want to do another way something about insurance pay. Couldn't call and tell me before I drove over. Disgusted!!!!!!! Wouldn't be upset if for cold or something but it was heart medication.
