Recently I had a prescription that was on auto refill. When the script was picked up we were charged the full price for the copay. But NOT all of the prescription was there (it was about 20 tablets short). This was NOT communicated to my spouse when he picked the scrpit up and I'm not in the habit of counting my meds because I expect them to do their job as trained professionals and do it correctly. They didn't have a few hundred dollars on hamd to do a Western Union transaction. Seem if you are going to offer that service you would make sure to have some cash in the store.
