Bad experience. They wouldn’t accept my Pace card said it wasn’t in their register also wanted dry mouth mints they didn’t have those. Shelves are basically empty I’m now going to Weis.
I’d give this place zero stars if I could … lived in the community visited this place millions of times over 9 year period .. but each time I visit they pretend and treat me like they’ve never seen a black man before … without a doubt racist .
I walked in here tonight to find some simple antacid tabs. That aisle was literally 80% empty.. unless you wanted the brand name 20+$ container. Then I start looking around and the whole store seems 80% empty.. No beverages, no food, no first aid stuff. I'm guessing this one's on the chopping block too. Because if people can't find what they are looking for they will just stop coming in. You would think a pharmacy should have basic OTC supplies available for sale.
The Enola, Pa pharmacy is awful. I would give zero stars if I could. This is like the 4th time, they said they had to order prescription and here they never did. Always am excuse they give. No wonder Rite Aide had to file bankruptcy. Your pharmacy is the worse of worse. ALSO THE CUSTOMER AT THE PHARMACY IS AWFUL, NO RESPECT, THEY TALK TO YOU LIKE THEY DONT CARE. UNPROFESSIONAL. I TOLD HER I'LL BE GOING ELSEWHERE FOR MY PRESCRIPTIONS. I DO NOT RECOMMEND RITE AIDE PHARMACY. MESSING WITH PEOPLE'S MEDS AND LIVES. UNETHICAL
Had to pick up meds and vitamins around a 65-70$ value. Blonde hair pharmacist told me there were no bathrooms. I left haha and went to cvs. Wonders why Rite Aid is going out of business.
