I spoke with a pharmacist named Dave who was extremely rude, condescending, and unprofessional. I explained that I needed to have my prescription filled at that location because I work in the area and hadn’t been able to reach the pharmacy near my home. I politely asked if he could try calling the Downingtown location to obtain the prior authorization, but he refused and abruptly hung up on me.
If you’re gonna buy a drink from the back refrigerator. Just know that it will be warm Because half the time it doesn’t work It’s been like that for the past two months It’ll be warm one day and then not the next. It’s like they want you to spend more money buying ice just so you can have a cold drink. And I just want my cold drink, man.
Rite Aid has been going downhill for the past 2 or so years, but I recently had an experience that made me switch pharmacies. I went to pick up my prescriptions which are usually $10 and it came up as $80. The pharmacist told me that they needed updated insurance information. I said no problem and went outside to try to get signal since theres no service in the store and the card is on my phone. Love to shop at Rite Aid! I always find what I am looking for, and the staff members are professional and customer service oriented.
