I want to sincerely thank the staff of Rite Aid pharmacy in Kalkaska. I was recently stranded by the airline meltdown and needed a few extra days of medications due to the extended unplanned stay. The staff were friendly and so helpful despite the challenges the store is going through with inventory. They quickly got me the medications I needed and went out of their way to make it easy. Thank you so much!
Why bother having 4 rows of different Eye drops if you're only going to actually carry 4 kinds?. No Preservative Free Soothe XP drops which you used to carry. Just the kind that bothers my wife's eyes. We can't rely on the post office to deliver anything and we can't get it in your store. So close already and let CVS stock your shelves and get some people to work. What's your turnover rate? 76%
Used to like rite aid, but after a year and a half waiting for an epipen I became upset with the extremely lacking customer care, I finally left rite aid to go to another pharmacy and got my epipen the next day... not shopping at rite aid anymore!! If they can't work for the customer why do we buy their stuff!! Ty
I live near Detroit, Michigan, forgot my heart meds and they were fantastic on helping get enough to make it home.
