Did not stock my medication, which would be fine if they notified me at any point that i would not be able to get my medication. I had to go in for my refill to even be told they do not have it. If i was notified i could have made plans to get more rather than run out completely.
Wait over an hour to pickup my prescription and they rarely answer the phone. It’s not the employees fault. Whoever runs right, Aid pharmacy is the one responsible for not having enough employees to cover all the people that need prescriptions. Understand that I’m gonna have to go through those are the
Trans people beware! It’s like no one working at this pharmacy has ever heard of trans people before. I was deadnamed over the loudspeaker. When I mentioned that they should call last names to the person ringing me up, she said nothing. No apology for this pharmacy deadnaming me over the speaker. Cherry on top: tried to grab my prescription bottle after paying but didn’t realize I was supposed to sign something. The people who work here are really nice, but like other people say, most of the shelves are empty or totally disorganized
