I have been using this pharmacy for over 30 years, as of today, I'm done with them. COVID is done, get with it, your pharmacy and staff are not motivated to provide customer service. I called in a refill on 12/11/24, the recording allowing me to pick it up on Thursday. I wasn't able to pick it up until Monday 12/15/24, it wasn't ready, there wasn't a need to ask for a reorder from my doctor. The women here can be stuck up and so rude!
The employees who work at this location are wonderful. They are so kind and willing to help you. I go to this location because of them.
Pharmacy people are rude. Am thinking about changing pharmacies
