Update: Happened AGAIN - was told to leave my work computer in the hands of some random employee because "backpacks arent allowed" (suddenly and selectivley based on who's working apparently despite my carrying it with me at all times for the last 3ish years that ive used them). Dealing with this store is beyond frustrating. They flat out refuse to pick the phone up. Absolutley refuse. This is a re-occuring problem with Rite Aid that predates any of the recent lawsuits so by no means can that be used as an excuse. Every other pharmacy picks the phone up. What if a patient has an emergency? These folks will not be able to help, rest assured. I Definitely try to be patient with this pharmacy, as it is close to my work and I can appreciate that they are short-staffed, overworked and underpaid. I am in the same boat myself and have been for years. However, if I EVER spoke to my customers the way the support staff behind the pharmacy counter speak to their customers I would find myself without a job.
