Great pharmacists.
I came in today to the pharmacy to pick up a prescription. The drive dru line was too long. Inside there was other people on line with me as well. Waiting because one of the pharmacy workers named Lori was arguing loudly on the phone with a customer about questions he was asking about his cholesterol medication. She was treating him very rudely yelling at him telling him she wasn't a doctor. She continued arguing this man for for more than 5 minutes while we all sat in line waiting to pick up prescriptions. i revised my first review from a 5 star to a 2 star. it is literally impossible to get a person on the phone. if rite aid cannot afford to have a person answer the phone then you don't deserve to be in business. 3 times i had to listen to the same recording, get transferred to recording again.
