Very respectful and caring staff
I never leave a review but I’m so disappointed because the customer service is so bad, the manager is a very rude person, I went to buy a medicine for flu, she requested my ID, I give to her and even with that on her hand she doesn’t want to sell me because she think I’m no adult and she said tag ID is fake. Come one, I’m not blame for have 30 and look as a teenager. I have not to explain to her.
I have shopped at Rite-Aid on Essex Street in Hackensack, NJ, for about 20 years and been consistently impressed by the knowledge, friendliness and service of the pharmacy staff. They have fulfilled and refilled many prescriptions for me and provided a wide variety of vaccinations to keep me healthy. The store is conveniently located on major roads -- just a block away from the Hackensack Meridian Medical Center. Rite-Aid should be proud of this store. It is an important community healthcare service for clients like me.
