Wow your bathroom is disgusting!Â
I had to double check those reviews were from the correct store. Today was my first time here and they were very friendly and pleasant in the pharmacy. In fact, the girl at the front was nice, too.Â
Pharmacy technicians always have an attitude. Probably the worst pharmacy in Saginaw for customer service. I was given the wrong medicine then blamed by their staff for their mistake.Â
Although the pharmacy did have my prescription that I had to run around town for. Denise the pharmacy technician, was extremely rude, arrogant and acted like I was a problem because my information was not in her system. So she had to hand write it all. My bad. Needs an attitude adjustment.Â
The ladies are super nice in the pharmacy and ran my insurance. A man (did not get his name), took my insurance card and did not run it and put a coupon on instead of my insurance. I was charged more for the original script than the refill. They would not help me since it has to be within 7 days. The original guy for sure took my insurance card and did not use it. Something is sketchy with this Rite-Aid. I highly suggest just going to your closest Walmart or Meijer.Â
