Staff is friendly and kind but they do appear to be slightly disorganized though. I had to call three separate times to get my order. They did tell me they were short staffed and that was the reason. The price of my medication was three times the price it was at CVS. The gentleman told me that the reason was that Rite Aid, after the bankruptcy, increased their prices and everything is more expensive here now. Won’t be back.
i've never been here, but they asked some idiot for their email, and they believed in his honesty, so they keep spamming me for surveys and reviews, so 1 star! less, if i could
They hold my medication for payment for over 3 days now with the excuse that there system is down and cannot process the claim. Very rude and unprofessional staff. They keep lying on me and never got the medications filled on time. Every time I drive there, I have to wait for a long time to get the prescription filled up or they ask me to come back. They denied me services and it’s considered «Patient Neglect and Negligence»
