Very poor customer service by Pharmaceutical Tech Austin. He said he would keep a script for me to pickup at a later date because they were not able to fill. When I returned to retrieve my script he states he doesn't have it. It would be great if people's word ment something as it used to.
I'm not going to bother to write a long review. Nothing will change until the working culture changes and we all know that isn't going to happen.
The people in the pharmacy are truly angels. They have been so kind and helpful to me. I am very thankful. To me they went out of their way to help me.
Nice staff and filled my prescriptions in a timely manner
