Called the Rite Aid on Kuser Road to ask about a prescription. Not sure if the girl who answered was the same one who left the voicemail asking me to call back, but either way—there was no reason for the attitude I got. She was dismissive, unhelpful, and just gave off major “I don’t want to deal with you” energy. Seriously no peroxide?
Great pharmacy with highly competent, dedicated, and helpful staff. They always got the medication I needed, and liaised with my doctor seamlessly. I will miss their services now that I've moved.
Pharmacists are nice and knowledgeable, but man the store looks like it's going out of business because the shelves are so empty. Whenever I need something specific off the shelf they never have it, and it doesn't restock either. Will likely move my prescriptions since I need to stop at another pharmacy now anyway.
