There's not much to say. It's a pharmacy/drug store. The pharmacists are generally nice and helpful. The pricing is okay.Â
Cody and the whole pharmacy team was real helpful. Our checked bag was lost at the airport containing all of our prescription's. Cody helped me weigh every option in getting my meds refilled with and without insurance. Left feeling relieved.Â
Picked up a prescription and I saw they shorted me one pill (I always count them.) It was only a 10 pill prescription so it was also pretty obvious. Not upset, just leaving the review so whoever sees these reviews can let the pharmacists know to recount before completing the fill order. Thankfully this was a one time prescription, but things could be much more serious if the medication is needed for a serious condition/a condition that needs meds daily and the pharmacy miscounts.Â
I only come to this Rite Aid because the one on 44th closed. The staff on 44th was friendlier, the place was cleaner, and the pharmacy ran smoother. This one is trashy, the staff are now overworked so they are crabby and inefficient.Â
