Store has no supplies and looks like it has been robbed. A bunch of items had coupons saying 50% off and when I went up to the register they didn’t ring up half off. I showed the older lady working where all the coupons were and she started ripping them off the shelves right in front of me saying those were old… They should have honored it given it was their mistake not taking the coupons down but didn’t.
Medication’s do not get filled when they’re called in until you go there in person this place is completely incompetent This has happened multiple times that’s why I’m switching to Walgreens Because it’s completely unprofessional and people rely on antipsychotic medication and pain medication to feel normal Rite Aid doesn’t care

I have never had a pharmacy closed on Christmas Eve before 5 PM. But apparently Rite Aid in Exeter, NH was closed both Christmas Eve and Christmas. The hell I went through to get another doctor to phone in my antibiotic prescription to another pharmacy, Walgreens, is beyond expressing in good taste. Even though Rite Aid was closed, their system processed my prescription (which was impossible to pick up being they were closed) and I was unable to use my prescription card to obtain my prescription from Walgreens.
