This rating is not for the employees at this store, it's for what Rite Aid has become. I have shopped at this Rite Aid for years, way before it moved into it's current building. I am on automatic refill and could always count on my prescription being ready when we're they were due, without fail. I no longer can do that. As a matter of fact, I've had to drive to other Rite Aid stores, as far away as Menifee, to receive my medication. This is ridiculous! This pharmacy sucks everytime I get my prescriptions sent here something always goes wrong. Ive been calling all day to get an update on my prescription and no answer it just rings and rings and rings. It's been 2 days and I can't get my prescription! DO BETTER
I Always come to this location, the Associates are Always Nice and helpful, the ice cream here is Good, the store is always Clean. I prefer this location.
