Love this location in Farmington Hills, MI. I've been a frequent shopper at this locations for over 20+ years. The employees are all so nice and helpful. Disappointing that corporate is closing all Michigan locations. Very sad for the employees.
This RiteAid is a great store to visit... the store associates are nice and helpful. Pharmacists are very kind and always ask if you have any questions, they refill your prescription when it's time without you calling in. Now if they could add a little music while shopping, that would be a plus.
We’ve lived in the neighborhood behind this store for 7 years now. There’s a Walgreens pharmacy on 13 and Orchard lake that’s just awful compared to the great people at this Rite Aid. The pharmacy staff have invested hours into my family looking for discounts bc of insurance changes & prescription changes. They deserve a 10 star review. This 1 star review is solely based on there not being A/C in the building for over a year. The staff in your phamarcy are the secret sauce for that locations success. What kind of pharmacy and drug store doesn't have a rest room for their customers. I will never be coming back to this rite aid again. 😒
