I just want to THANK the AmAZING Staff this store has! I was going to pick up a medicine, but my special need child was terrified of getting a shot! They staff from the pharmacy were so kind, they figure it out to help me, offered him stickers, they tried to make him feel better! They even walked through the store to look for me to answer my questions so my child didn’t get stressed out near the pharmacy! I had a wonderful experience with customer service! Ang was so kind and answered all of my questions. I definitely recommend this pharmacy to anyone with who is looking for a place to get their prescriptions delivered!
We came to this Rite Aid to fill a prescription for my son, after being given the run around at a competing pharmacy and asking for our doctor to fill this prescription for over six hours and when I called to ask the status, Ang was so incredibly helpful and informative. I was extremely frustrated at this point and she talked me through what could possibly be the hold up and even gave me advice on the next steps to take to ensure my son got his medication. Wonderful experience with Ang (tech) while waiting for a prescription. She very politely handled a difficult customer, and explained to them next steps from their physician to ensure prescription was correct. When it was my turn she apologized for the wait. She wasn't rattled, nice and pleasant.
Rude staff, drive through closed way before closing time. Switching to Giant or Weis ASAP. The staff SUCK. No thanks
