I had a very disappointing experience at the Rite Aid pharmacy yet again, today February 26, 2025. Once again, I encountered unprofessional and rude behavior from the pharmacy staff technician. The technician was dismissive and had a negative attitude, making it clear she didn’t want to engage with customers in a respectful or helpful way.
