My regular pharmacy does not have my medication available due to a nation-wide shortage. This has been an ongoing issue for at least a year. Due to the nature of this medication, the pharmacy is unable to transfer it to another store that has it available. That is why my doctor and I have decided that it is best for me to pick up a physical copy of my prescription at her office, find a pharmacy location that has my medication in stock, and drop it off. Although this store is closing, I want to voice how nice and helpful the employees and pharmacists were. The cashier guy was just about the most positive person I've ever met- I wish good luck to all the employees after this.
I have been with Rite Aid since they trans from Perry's Drugs in Flint, MI I am totally distressed and saddened by this departure. The staff was amazing the best Pharmacist I loved personally was Preet and Brandon they always had my scripts ready and made sure what my insurance did not cover was found under good rx or secondary insurance. They made me look forward to coming in the store just to see them. I find Rite Aid to have almost everything I need at better prices than other stores.
I always enjoy popping in to see seasonal items in the store. Came in recently as my insurance changed pharmacy companies and wanted to see what the pharmacist was like. I spoke with Ali, who couldn't have been more helpful! He went over medications, availability, and what options were available, taking more time than I ever expected. He was so kind and seemed actually concerned about me as a person and not just a customer. What a difference than usual in today's standard. I highly recommend this pharmacy!
