Most of the Newburgh store's shelves are half empty. You can't go there and get all your pharmacy shopping done.
Good place for acne treatments but need to add some more for the people that have acne and wants options.
They never answer the phone in the pharmacy. In the past week I've been on hold multiple times 30+ minutes. Unprofessional. People need to get scripts filled and for some it's life or death. This has been a trend as of late and nothing is being done to rectify it. I will be taking my business elsewhere after 10 yrs...
In desperate need to refill my medication and no one in the pharmacy answers the phone!!! Waited 45 minutes on hold and that’s the case every-time I’ve had to call. I don’t have time to constantly go in person and ask them to refill my medications. And the online system isnt helpful either! Judging by these other reviews, whoever is running this location should be fired asap.I have switched to a new pharmacy with better customer service.
