UPDATE- STILL have not received that returned phone call I was promised and no help with a refund. Now I see the store is closing. How convenient. Rite Aid is clearly not a reputable company. Sold me a tampered gift card and they won't help me. Will not shop there again for anything.Â
To all that are unhappy customers : You all get the ,I notice , the SAME ROBO responses. I was in supermarket mgt 45 years. To me ,Rite Aid couldn't care less if you EVER returnÂ
This pharmacy is the worst. From now on it’s only CVS. Lady pharmacist with Eastern Europe accent is rude and not helpful at all.Â
