Don’t call if the scripts aren’t ready. Stupid people work here. No wonder the company is going bankrupt soon.
The Rite Aid employees are great, however their pharmacy employees are rude and lack a sense of urgency. I pulled in to the drive through at about 1:10 waited in line for 15 minutes for them to serve the two cars in front me, I arrived at the window and waited for a couple minutes before I was greeted. I was finally greeted at 1:29 and was rudely told the pharmacy was closed for lunch. I feel those that have been waiting in line should be served before their lunch break starts, would maybe get them to move a little faster.
My dog got very sick. Found out he has to be on medication for the rest of his life. They called his Rx into Rite Aid. Rite Aid told me they could fill 10 of the 100 pills and would order the rest. Went to go pick up more, and they never ordered them and screwed up his script. They gave me some to get us through until they came in. Then I got a text saying it was ready. Pharmacy is getting worse every time there extremely rude and nasty towards people like I have a surgery and picking up my meds the doctor called them in two days before and they said we don’t have records of this
