They never have the prescriptions ready on time. I'm not currently able to drive and have to get a ride. Prescriptions were supposed to be ready at 2, tried to pick up at 4:30 and they say another hour because they're "busy". I called this in at 9:45 YESTERDAY morning. Tech that came to the drive thru was snotty about it. Will be switching pharmacies 100%. My dad left my mom who just had a hip replacement surgery done to drive me, very inconvenient and unprofessional, especially when you live almost 20 miles away.
Now I know why i don’t go here. There were two people in the pharmacy. The pharmacist was helping a man so I was waiting. Another girl was helping at the drive thru window. There was no one at all in the store. Another girl walks in while the man is waiting and cuts right in front of me even when they saw me waiting. There weren’t even a ton of cars in the drive thru. I won’t complain about Kroger again.
