The pharmacy cashier was beyond rude. I watched her demean a customer over information needed to fill a prescription. Shameful behavior and should be terminated immediately. This store looks like it’s on its last leg and I can see why!
Justin was at the register and did an amazing job! He was kind, prompt and made the experience of cashing out a nice experience! Thank you for hiring such great employees!
It should be a 5 star review but you can't lock up early. 8pm means 8pm. I stopped last night and the doors were locked before 8pm. * UPDATE >> The response from Rite Aid was immediate and very positive! The local manager of the store called meand assured me it would be addressed. 5 Stars once again
Absolutely horrible. Takes days and multiple visits to get scripts. Today the pharmacist literally yelled at me when I express my concerns about not ever being able to get my scripts. Never been so disrespected, this man was truly un-professional. Will be seeking a new pharmacy. The worst I have ever experienced.
