Very fast checkout and friendly staff
Waiting 20 minutes or more to pick up prescriptions was bad enough. The rude, disrespectful female working in the pharmacy was the final straw. She was condescending and cold when I tried to fill a prescription for my (dying) dog. At Christmas time she was mean and dismissive with a much older man was out of meds and couldn't fill his prescription because it hadn't been transferred. He clearly did not understand. I called 4 days ago to make sure there were refills available (was told "yes". Asked it to be filled and instructed to NOT bill my insurance because I had a voucher from Novo Nordisk Patient Assistance Program. I went to pick up the prescribed item and wad told they were waiting for a prior authorization from my insurance... I explained that I had called days ago, where is the disconnect? The pharmacist checked and the item (insulin) was in stock and that she would fill it but it wouldn't be ready for a half hour...No one in... read more
