I'm a huge fan of Rite Aid, and I'm sorry to see it go, but this one in particular I will not miss. I had the misfortune of picking up a prescription here in September 2023. It took one week and 3 different visits to get my meds. I called the place at LEAST 10 times over the course of that week, and NOT ONCE did they pick up the phone. What kind of pharmacy doesn't answer the phone?!?!?!?!!!! In-store, I had to wait in a long line for at least 45 minutes just to request that they fill my script. Horrible pharmacy ever
Very fast checkout and friendly staff
Waiting 20 minutes or more to pick up prescriptions was bad enough. The rude, disrespectful female working in the pharmacy was the final straw. She was condescending and cold when I tried to fill a prescription for my (dying) dog. At Christmas time she was mean and dismissive with a much older man was out of meds and couldn't fill his prescription because it hadn't been transferred. He clearly did not understand.
