The cooler where drinks and food are stored has been broken for months the cashier told me and just visited again today to grab a water still broken everything is warm should be shut down or shouldn’t be allowed to sell any drinks from the cooler till it’s repaired
This is the worst store. The people in the pharmacy never answer the phone after 7 because they close at 8 SHOULDNT YOU STILL ANSWER??? I needed my grandsons medication due to.my daughter taking him.to Childrens and when I called and talked to the front she put me on hold didn't say nothing and I am still.waiting 10 mi s later for someone to pick up. Cashier told me that this location isn't ordering anything to restock the shelves because they are bankrupt and closing down. When were they going to tell the public?? Some of us have meds we rely on rite aid for, so a warning for the public would be nice. So what is the closing date??
Wanted to buy a carton of cigarettes. Employee got a carton from the bottom stock shelf behind the counter and 4 packs were missing. I told her to simply take 4 packs off the rack and put them back in the carton and sell me the carton. I have done this many times and the other employees are fine with it. But today, for some reason, this was utterly baffling to this gal. So she put the carton back on the stock shelf behind the counter and then counted out 10 packs from the rack and rang them up one by one. Why??? I swear you ... read more
