There have been some improvements recently. I like the personal touch of knowing the names of consistent customers too. Keep up the good work!
They called to let me know my prescriptions were ready and I got there 20 minutes after, and the Pharmacist on duty said they were closed and wouldn’t give me my prescriptions. I was just released from the hospital and he didn’t care! I will never have my prescriptions filled here again and I will tell everyone I know! Never seen anything like it! They are about as bad as McDonalds anymore!
I never have problems at the pharmacy, but the new pharmacy manager is extremely rude. My mom came in to get my prescriptions and the pharmacy was closed for lunch, but she could hear the pharmacy manager complaining on her phone very loudly about the techs she was working with. The techs returned from lunch and had to ask repeatedly for the pharmacist to open the door to let them in, which she did, but then left the pharmacy and walked around the store on her personal phone continuing to complain about them loudly. Worst pharmacy ever. I have a special needs child who is 18 and can't talk and he cant write his name they asked him to sign and I said ma'am hes autistic and can't sign his signature. She said well hes over 18 he needs to sign you cant sign his signature for him cause he's over 18 hes just being stupid. I said EXCUSE ME HE'S AUTISTIC HOW RUDE YOU TREATED HIM LIKE THIS. IM GOING SOMEWHERE ELSE. They don't appreciate special needs who can't talk or write
