Its a shock to me that this place is even still in business. They are extremely unprofessional at this store with no regards to customer satisfaction whatsoever. They do not care at all. The pharmacy is even worse. They treat like a scumbag and they refuse to answer any calls if you try calling them. Whats the point of having a phone if you call them 18 times and no one will pick up. On top of that the pharmacy continuously gets your prescription wrong and makes you wait til days later to receive it. It just blows my mind th... read more
The store is empty, barely anything in stock. Almost like they are closing. Asked i believe the manager when they were closing, because how empty it is. And she got all offensive
Scripts are never ready! Can take up to 8hrs and 3 trips of will be ready in 30 And obviously after 8hrs thats not the case. They are always shutting down drive-thru window. I know they are short staffed now but even with full staff this has been a issue. Currently switching pharmacy. It's just beyond workable going there anymore. I'd advise against anyone going there unless you never want or need your medication.
I switched from Walgreens to Rite Aid because its closer to my home. However lately Rite has done nothing but mess up !!! I don't get a call to text they received my newest prescriptions and I HAVE TO CONSTANTLY CALL TO CONFIRM AND CHECK STATUS!! The last month or so the drive thru has been closed more than it has been open, and if your disabled with chronic back issues the LAST THING I WANNA DO IS WAIT IN LINE !5 MINUTES FOR MY MEDS !! SEEMS TO BR GOING DOWNHILL FAST
I left Walgreens thinking Rite Aid service would be better. I was wrong it went from bad to worse. An update to this review. When I went to my doctor and we discussed medications I told him that I wasn't taking one of his prescribed medications because I had been waiting a week to get it from Rite Aid. He became upset and said that is unacceptable because without the medication I would end up in the hospital. He called Rite Aid and they told him "we don't know when we will get the medication."
