This rite aid don’t have nothing
It looks like a decent store, but who closes an entire department for a lunch break? I was here to pick up a prescription as I was leaving town and found that the prescription pharmacy had closed entirely for a lunch break. I understand if that's your regular pharmacy that things are going on and people will know this but there was no signage. Just closed shutters like they weren't going to be open again. I know that there are multiple people working in the department so why close the gates?
GREAT STORE, EXCELLENT LOCATION, PHENOMENAL, EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, ALWAYS VERY CLEAN AND ORGANIZED STORE. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE AROUND THE ONEONTA AREA ABSOLUTELY MORE THAN 5 STARS!!!!!!
2nd Update: Raising to 4 stars. It's been about a year since my last update and there has been a significant improvement in my experience with this Rite Aid. I have not had a single prescription not ready on-time, they've not billed my prescriptions incorrectly, and there is always someone ready to assist you whether at the counter inside or at the drive-thru prescription pick-up.
