It's sad to see another Pharmacy in our small town closing permanently, but the reality is their shelves are bare, trying to find an employee to help you is near impossible and sadly has been that way for quite some time now. They will be closing by the end of the month, I will miss the convenience of my local Rite Aid as it used to be several years ago.
I called to see if my son's prescription was ready after he broke his leg (he's 2). The pharmacist said they don't carry the med and they'd send it to Albany. I call Albany after 20 minutes for processing, as I was told to do, and they don't have it. I call Lebanon again. They don't answer. I show up. They call Albany right away because I'm staring at them. They STILL can't get it sent over because they somehow messed up the script. I had a very positive experience with Katherine at the pharmacy counter. She showed she cares about the customer even when it was just about time to close.
I needed an ace bandage and to use the bathroom. I was told I couldn't use the bathroom first because if he let me use the bathroom I wouldn't buy anything. Self fulfilling prophecy, I walked out and got my ace bandage at Safeway. After using the bathroom.
