Always have great service there. Staff has always been professional and nice . Just hate to see them close.
Their ugly, middle aged Karen manager held my 20 in her hand for a solid minute while telling me I wasn’t good enough for her to give me change, after using their overpriced ATM. She absolutely deserves to lose her job and is lucky I’m a good person with lots of self-control. I’ll never shop at another rite aid again.
Excellent experience today getting innoculations for COVID. Almost no waiting, three adults done in short time, painless injection, very clean and efficient administrator.
Horrible. I had to leave. The cashier was talking to everyone. Took 20 minutes to ring up 4. Items. Cause she wanted to know people business. Also out of half the items I went in to get. Looked like they hadn't cleaned in a while too.
