Pharmacy only: Rude, doesn’t acknowledge you when waiting at counter
I always get an excellent service when shopping or picking up my prescription.
I've been going to Millington pharmacy for a few years. Always polite and kind. I went to this Vassar Rite aid cause my pharmacy couldn't get my prescription in. The Rite aid pharmacy customer service lady was rude and unkind. Rolling her eyes at me and hard sighing because of the need for insurance update. This was on "Wednesday." I went to pick up my script today and same bad attitude. I will be changing pharmacy along with my family changing as well. People deserve more kindness in this world. Go to Walgreens around the corner. They will not have your prescription ready until you show up and bug them…4 out of 5 times I would have to wait while they filled the order they promised over the phone and on the automated phone system. Their so friendly at Walgreens and fast, why did I ever trust or patronize Rite Aid?
