I love our rite aid. Justin, the pharmacist is amazing. He's taken extra time on multiple occasions to help our family with unique mediations for our daughter. He's stayed after closing on several occasions to ensure we get taken care of. I just heard that this location may be closing. I truly hope He's afforded an opportunity to relocate or offered a severance. He has been the biggest reason we stay at rite aid. Also though most of the folks behind the counter are awesome too. Customer service is excellent.
12/19/2023 Update: This is the only pharmacy I want to use. The customer service experience is top notch and that's very hard to come by these days. Very Friendly and Knowledge. I'll never forget the day the associate called me by my first name without me telling her. It made me feel good because this isn't the hometown I grew up in. I didn't realize how important it is to be recognized as a frequent customer. Thank YOU ladies! ☺️☺️
I placed an online order on Nov. 23rd for pick up at Big Rapids Rite Aid. I went to pick it up on Nov. 26 and the manager canceled my order. The clerk that was waiting on me said he was told to put it back yesterday. I ordered it with the black Friday sale and got 25% off. And I couldn't get the same sale. I was told to buy it at the regular price. I had 5 days from time of purchase and was not even given that! I'm very disappointed. This has never happened when I do online orders at Walgreens!
