When you walk in the store you are greeted with warm welcomes of hello. As soon as you get back to the pharmacy it's a whole different atmosphere. They immediately act mad that you're there to get your medicine. They talk to you like you're trash. Your medicine is NEVER ready even though you got a text and phone call saying it's ready. And don't even try to call because they NEVER answer and if they do they will put you right on hold and never come back. Used to be a great place to get your prescriptions. Now it takes a week to fill and then a 30 to 40 minute wait to get your prescription. Won't be going there anymoreÂ
I went to riteaid today the lady said it would take a couple minutes to fill my prescription . So I waited 3 people came in after me and got there's filled before me I waited 30 minutes still nothing so I left am going to Walmart riteaid needs to stop saying they are sorry and do something about thisÂ
