Had a interview with Susie, ( pharmacist ) Got hired on spot, waited over a week for the “offer letter.” Called on Monday to check in and see what was up. Susie, then proceeded to tell me that the positions have been filled. She sat in that interview room and trashed her employees, colleagues, and superiors. I’m glad she “ hired “ other people. I wouldn’t work at rite aid if it was the last job on earth. Incredibly unprofessional.Â
Always get a Nice greeting when I walk in..no Matter time of day or night..people are very helpful and friendly..the people in the pharmacy do a GREAT Job..Very professional and Patient..Good People..keep up the Good Work All..Â
If I could give no stars I would. Nobody ever answers the drive through. They never have my children’s medicine when it’s needed. They made multiple accounts for one of my children and kept telling me there was no prescription when the dr sent it days before but they made two accounts and were looking at the wrong one. Canceled the order that was sent over for my small child to have the tube thing for their inhaler because “they didn’t think she needed it” but then realized she’s 4 and absolutely needed it.
